Stage 2: Initial Inverse Problems

• A test based on a crack-like rupture, generated from a spontaneous dynamic rupture calculation

  • Synthetics for a buried strike-slip earthquake, M 6.6, embedded in layered isotropic velocity-density structure, are provided at 168 sites, arranged in a "race-track" pattern around the fault. Data files can be found in the Download section.
