Forward problem: Kinematic rupture on normal fault, incl GPS
Kinematic inversion to obtain the rupture process using the elliptical sub-fault approximation. 2 Ellipse was used. Data and synthetics were band-pass filtered from 0.1 to 1.0 Hz using a Butterworth filter (4 poles, 2 passes). GPS data were not used. Algorithm for the inversion: Neighbourhood algorithm. Cost function: L2-norm. NOTE (09/22/2014): Same as inv2a.cedrict with the two errors fixed.
