Benchmark: Kinematic rupture on normal fault, incl GPS
Multi-time window linear inversion with spatiotemporal smoothing constraint. Weight of smoothing is determined by minimizing ABIC. GPS data is not used. Inversion is done in the frequency range 0.05-1Hz.
